Liz Tillander
Biography
Liz has served as project director for Dean Sheryl Kubiak on local, state, and national evaluation projects since earning her M.S.W. in 2008. After nearly 19 years in the field of business, she was motivated to pursue a master's degree in social work to influence social justice and stem the cycle of incarceration for marginalized women and men. Building on her business career, she brings a wealth of experience in networking and collaboration, strategy, outcome measurement and evaluation, program and team development, financial and administrative management, and data-driven solutions to the field of social work. As the Director of Operations, Liz sees her role as building the structure, culture, and sustainability of the center for research and evaluation to thrive.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Operations, Liz's day-to-day work contributes to the overall sustainability, growth, and strategy of the CBHJ. Her responsibilities include oversight of all administrative functions of the center including fiscal and operations management, team development, center sustainability, and strategic planning and development.
